Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! At DelveIn LLC, we strive to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines important information regarding the shipping process and policies that apply to your order in our product stores. Order Processing Time

All our orders are processed and shipped out within 5-6 business days.

After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

 

Shipping Destinations:

We currently offer shipping within the USA. Please ensure that your shipping address is within our designated shipping areas. If you are uncertain, please contact our customer support team for assistance before placing your order.

 

Shipping Address Changes

We are not able to update the shipping address for your order once you have placed your purchase. Please ensure before ordering that your shipping information is correct.

 

Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

Shipping is provided by our product suppliers. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.

Shipping options are based on the product you have chosen. This will be available when you go to check out. There are typically the following options:

 

Standard Shipping for Free – which will take the longest delivery time. Sometimes up to 4-6 weeks.

Express Shipping – which varies in cost by the supplier but has shorter delivery times, typically 7-14 days.

Be aware that these delivery times can become longer if your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas, Thanksgiving, Chinese New Year, due to high volume of orders.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship your order to a PO Box or to a Military Address.

 

Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.

If your product has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible. See our return policy for more information.

Order Splitting:

In some cases, your order may consist of multiple items that are sourced from different suppliers or warehouses. As a result, your items may be shipped separately, and you may receive multiple packages for a single order.

If your order is split, you will receive separate shipping confirmations and tracking numbers for each package.
